Realtor Spotlight | ASHLEY WIGREN

Ashley Wigren’s real estate career began in 2013. Before becoming a broker, she was in social work, assisting homeless youth and also youth in or exiting the foster care system.

She works out of John L. Scott’s Everett office, helping clients in Mill Creek, Bothell, Edmonds, Mukilteo and Snohomish.

Ashely has lived in the Pacific Northwest and Everett area for more than 30 years, and graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in society, ethics and human behavior. After impacting countless lives through social work, it was hard to leave the industry to become a broker. However, she’s discovered that serving as a broker is another way she can positively impact the lives of others. People need a broker they can trust and someone who is an expert in their field – and she loves being that person!

Ashley has worked since she was 13 years old, and is constantly inspired by her dynamic and entrepreneurial family members, so she loves running my own business. Clients work with Ashley because she’s honest, smart, detail-oriented and trustworthy. She aims to ensure her clients don’t settle – she wants them to feel good about their sale or their purchase so they don’t feel any regrets. She likes giving her clients the information needed so they are able to make the best decision for their particular situation, alleviating any anxiety and reducing friction at every turn.

Ashley is inspired by learning and helping others. She’s highly involved in my local community, as a member of the Mill Creek Rotary and committee member for the Office of Neighborhoods Committee and the Night of Hope Gala (the main fundraising event for the Snohomish County American Cancer Society). She also participates in volunteer events at the Ronald McDonald House in Seattle. Outside of work, she fills her time with volunteering, camping, hiking and practicing yoga. Ashely teaches yoga twice a week in the Mill Creek Town Center!
